Part of a roller on the upper rack had broken
I removed screws holding the rollers to the side of the dishwasher. I pried the end caps from the slide. I removed the broken part from the upper rack. I then replaced the broken rack roller, inserted into the slide and screwed the rollers which hold the slide into the sides of the dishwasher.

Pump and motor went out.
We ordered our motor and pump assembly. When it arrived we followed the instructions that came with it. We had no problem with the instructions. We found it to be really easy. I was very happy since this happened 4 days before Thanksgiving. Thanks for the easy instructions, my husband got my dishwasher repaired in plenty of time for our Thanksgiving family get together.

Would not cycle / would not drain
Timer - (easy):
Turn off power for unit at breaker box. Open the front door and remove the screws holding the front cover. Locate timer. Unplug timer and remove screws holding timer in place. Reverse process to install new timer.

Drain solenoid - (a little harder):
Turn off water to dishwasher under sink and disconnect from plumbing. Disconnect drain line. Remove any screws holding dishwasher in place and start pulling unit from it's cavity. It should come about half way out. At this time you can peer under the unit and see the drain solenoid.

If you don't know what you're doing (like me) I recommend the following. Remove the water line from the dishwasher (and possibly the drain line) It should now be easy to pull the unit all the way out and tip it on it's side, fully exposing the drain solenoid.

Note: The drain solenoid provided to me was encapsulated in a different bracket than the original one in my dishwasher unit. It was necessary to pry the solenoid out by bending the bracket and installing in the original bracket. Then squeeze back together in a vice with a few gentle love taps with a hammer to squeeze it all back together. It was still a little loose but the solenoid just goes up and down so no big deal.

There's a little metal clip holding the white plastic arm to the drain valve. Let's say this O represents the diameter of the metal rod it's hooked to. That clip is removed by a small screwdriver pushing the clip away from that rod, this way: 0 ==> It will make sense once you do it.

From there it's pretty easy to replace the solenoid unit and reverse the steps above to re-install the unit.

Chris

Broken wheel and cage mount
Once realized needed to open the wheel rail a little to remove wheel stop, it wasn't too difficult. Took about 20 minutes. Part came in a couple of days and was the correct part. Was disappointed that a similiar part, looked the same on the web site costing about $54.00 plus shipping, ended up costing about $100.00. Contacted customer service, said I needed to contact the factory. Seems like they should have researched the problem, Andy Duer

Water was leaking from under the dishwasher
I turned off the water supply to the dishwasher. Then took off the front panels and disconnected the water. I then unscrewed the dishwasher from the countertop, pulled it out luckily there was plenty of play in the wire, and drain hose. I turned it on its side and had to remove a couple clamps to free th piece that I was replacing. Once I got to it, it just unscrewed. I put the new one on and everything back together. It was easy.

Water leaking onto the floor
I removed the dishwasher, removed the front kick panel, layed the dishwasher on its back, loosened the clamps and removed the old motor and pump assy. Cleaned up the area where the unit was, Installed the new unit, tightened the clamps and it was done. Probably took around an hour because of my cleaning up the sealing areas.
