Bake element replacement
1. Turn of over power at the breaker.
2. Remove bake element cover. There's 2 quarter inch nuts.
3. Disconnect old element. For me there was not much play in the wires so when I disconnected the old element I lost the wire in the insulation. If this happened you can remove the central plate cover on the back of the oven and you can easily find the wires again.
4. Connect the replacement element.
5. Screw the bake element cover back in.
6. Turn power back on.

The old drip pans had burned in residue and could not be cleaned.
I simply removed the burners and drip pans and replaced the drip pans with the replacement parts. The replacement parts fit better than the original parts. The burner did not fit well in the old drip pans and the pans did not sit level on the burners. The new drip pans are perfect even to the slots to accommodate one of the legs on the burner. This drip bowl is an OEM approved replacement part designed for use with various electric ranges and cooktops. This part is located underneath the burner to contain any spills while cooking. It fits under 6-inch burner elements and has a diameter of approximately 8-inches. While the replacement may be visually different from the original, if you have used your correct model number to search, this will fit your appliance. Common reasons to replace this often neglected part is if it has become discolored, corroded, or otherwise damaged. Each drip bowl is sold individually. This is a good time to inspect all drip bowls on the appliance, if you would like to give your appliance a fresh look, keeping in mind that they may be different sizes and are sold separately. No tools are required for installation, simply line up the hole on the bowl with the terminal block and drop it into place.

This is a 10-inch chrome drip bowl intended to fit an 8-inch burner. This bowl is used to catch drips from food cooking on the oven element. This bowl might burn, become rusty, and just generally wear with time, and will need to be replaced. Please note that this drip bowl is sold individually, so if you would like to order more drip bowls for your appliance they will need to be ordered separately. To access the drip bowl, you will need to remove the elements. To replace the bowl, line up the hole with the terminal block where the element plugs into.

The infinite burner switch is used to control the temperature of the burner element on your stove top. This model is for the larger, eight-inch element. If your burner is not heating up or has uneven temperatures, you should first check with a multimeter to see if the issue is with the element or with the infinite burner switch. If you need to replace the switch, first disconnect the power supply to your range. To change this part, you will need access to the back panel, so you will need to pull the appliance out from the wall. To complete the repair, you will need a pair of needle nose pliers, a number one square head screwdriver, and a Philips screwdriver. The specifications for this genuine OEM part are that the switch is 240-volt, 2100-2600 watt, and 8.8-10.8 amp.

This genuine OEM bake element is located on the bottom of the oven cavity to supply heat for baking. The approximate size is 19-1/2 inches wide by 18-1/2 inches long and has 3-1/2 inch inserts. The element terminals are male quarter inch spade connectors and have push-on wire terminals. If your oven is not heating evenly, the element will not heat, or there is little to no heat when baking, you may need to replace the element. Please remember to disconnect the power to your oven before you start your repair. Next, remove the 2 screws securing the old element, pull it out, and discard. Connect the new element prongs where the old element fit and screw it back in place. This is a very simple repair that anyone can do.
