Where is the filter

For model number MVWC565FW2

Hi Mark, Thanks for contacting us. This filter is located in the bottom of the outer tub assembly under the basket. To access it, you need to remove the basket and the agitator. Once you have found it, unthread the screws securing it, so you can remove it. If you have any questions, please let us know. Customer service is open 7 days a week.
