Product Description

This is a genuine OEM replacement timer knob for your washing machine that is white in color. Replacing this part is a simple repair that only requires a pair of needle nose pliers. We suggest disconnecting the power so that you do not accidentally start the washer when replacing the knob. Use the pliers to remove the retaining clip on the old knob, and then remove the part from the shaft. The new knob will have the retaining clip already attached. Simply line up the knob opening with the shaft and push it into place.

Washer overfilled on some cycles. Wouldn't spin on some cycles.
I watched the videos. Wasn't sure if I needed dual water inlet valve or water level pressure switch, so I installed both. They solved the problem. Great web site and useful videos. The knob was installed as well with the help of the video.

The washer cycle control knob would just spin around. It wouldn't make the selector move.
Let me first say how pleased I am with this company! Not only did I get the part I ordered, but it came a few days sooner than expected! This is how I fixed it...I just used needle nose pliers to grab hold of the clip that is behind the old knob and pulled the clip off. Once you get that clip off, the old knob will pull right off. Then I took the knob that I ordered ( which already has a clip on it) and simply pushed it on. It took less than 15 minutes to fix and I am a 62 years old grandma! It cost just over $10.00 for the part and shipping. I first googled the problem, and then I found this video on how to replace the knob: Thank you for helping this grandma save over $125.00 for a repair job.
