Washer basket would rotate close while agitating - splashing water out if water level set to high.
Step 1: Unplug
Step 2: Remove front panel
Step 3: Using a 3/8" (8mm) box wrench with a built in ratchet (Important to have wrench with built in ratchet Otherwise it is really a bother...) remove screw holding left brake pad.
Step 4: Pull out pad with long nose pliers.
Step 5: Insert wedge into brake (or use a pad) t ... Read more o spread the brake open.
Step 6: Insert grommet into pad and insert pad into washer - it will fit without removing bracket. (just barely)
Step 7: Use dental mirror and flashlight to make sure the grommet is centered in mounting hole - screw in mounting screw.
Step 8: Remove right front tub mounting spring to get access to right front brake pad - repeat above steps 3-7.
Note: I did NOT replace the rear brake pad - too difficult, however two pads work just fine.
