Crisper Cover - White 3551JJ1005X

First, this part is made of a large expanse of thin plastic, so it deserves better support and protection in the overly large box in which it arrived. Second, one of the two air vents was entirely missing presumably because the frame which held it in place was broken. It was clear that the overall product had not been checked for quality assurance before it was packaged and shipped. Having paid $137 plus $10 shipping for this flimsy, broken, large piece of plastic, I immediately called customer service at FIX.com. The agent I spoke with was very polite, professional, articulate, and helpful in facilitating a direct replacement at no charge in exchange for photos of the broken/missing parts and the packing box in which it arrived. The replacement arrived reasonably quickly, but still no more protectively packed. Fortunately, it was still intact and fit correctly into my refrigerator to “FIX” the problem. So, overall, my experience with FIX.com was mixed at best! The customer service aspect was very good, but the problems that required customer service in the first place (lack of quality control and inadequate packaging) still need to be FIXED! The three stars I gave your performance reflect My total disappointment with the product and its packaging (zero stars) and my total satisfaction with the customer service I received ( five stars). Would I order from you again? I’ not really sure....
