Standard 12-inch saw blades have a 1-inch arbor hole, while most miter saw arbors are 5/8 of an inch. This adapter ring is placed on the blade hole and over the arbor so you can use a 12-inch blade. This part is prone to wear and tear, which will make the blade unbalanced, signalling that it should get replaced.

Clamp Bolt

Its purpose is to fasten the blade onto the miter saw, ensuring it does not become loose while in use. It has a hex head that measure a 1/2 inch, is approximately one-inch-long and has reverse threads. Over time, the threads can wear due to continuous changes of the blade and will need to be replaced.

This is an authentically sourced dust bag for a miter saw. It includes the fabric dust bag, a wire bag support, and the plastic fitting to attach it to your equipment. To remove it, just simply pull it away from the tool. Place the new dust bag fitting into the neck of the new dust bag and push it back into place.

Outer Clamp

This is an outer clamp for a miter saw and it is sold individually. It works with another flange (sold separately), to secure the saw blade. The shape of the outer clamp is identical to that of the saw arbor. This stops the flange from moving on the arbor shaft. It is common for the blade flanges to wear over the use of the saw, and this can lead to a wobbly blade. Start your repair by unplugging the tool. Pull the guard to expose the blade screw. Use the wrench that came with the purchase of the saw and remove the outer clamp. The new outer clamp can now be installed in its place.
