The first shipment was sent to us and it was broken in 2 places. After talking to Fix we reordered and explained how you can't ship a 38 pound fire brick of that size the way it was packaged. The second brick was sent basically the same way except for a new sticker on the outside of the box. By a miracle it came in one piece. Just a suggestion your shipping department needs to understand how to package breakable items. If it had not come whole the second time we would have repeated the process again. A waste of product and return expense on Fix's part. Your shipping department would take the time to package objects like this properly the first time. We will continue to purchase items from your company.
