The chipper sat for many years without being used. The carb was gummed up and the plastic fuel inlet was leaking.
1) Just remove the air cleaner assembly.
2) Remove the fuel line clamp and then pull the fuel line off the fuel inlet; if there is gas in the tank, you can either drain it, or you can stick a 5/16" bolt into the line to plug it.
3) Remove the carburetor.
4) Reassemble in reverse order (The carburetor came with the appropr ... Read more iate gaskets.)
