My dryer doesn't turn off in Automatic mode even though the clothes are dry. Is this the part I need to fix it?
For model number LE5200XTW1
Hello Jesse, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Dryer Cycling Thermostat. You will find this part attached to the blower wheel housing. With a multimeter you can test the two large terminals on the thermostat, they should read closed for continuity and the two small ones should show an ohms resistance value. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
