Cutter head seems to be locked up. What can i do?

How do I remove switch assembly
And circuit breaker on this model
For model number R4331
Hello Alexander, thank you for your question. For the Switch Body FIX10093418, you can depress the tabs on each end of the switch with a flat head screw driver to release and "pop" the switch from the housing. The Over Load Protector is FIX10093423. Good luck with this repair.
