After graduating from Syracuse where Nicole studied magazine journalism and nutrition, she moved to the Big Apple to write for the health and fitness media startup Greatist. After learning a ton about the space — from kangoo to kefir — and with long hikes, clean air, and quiet in her sights, she decided to up and leave for greener pastures (i.e. a log cabin in the middle of the woods in Canada). Nicole has always had a strong interest in wellness, fitness, and overall happiness and enjoys digging through studies to get down to the bottom of a pressing health question.
