I have two elite vacuum cleaners they seem to accidentally got burnt out while running the water through the machine during vacuuming

Hi Bennele, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, it is not recommended to use a vacuum cleaner over a puddle of water since it runs the risk of electrocution and serious damage to the machine. If water invades the motor, you may have a completely failed vacuum cleaner. Again, not only will the water be inside your motor, but it will also be carrying dirt and grime with it, making it unlikely to restore the motor to a safe condition. We hope this helps!

There was a miscommunication on the previous question that was asked. I have two elite vacuum cleaner when using the controls on the vacuum cleaner to release the water to vacuum somehow they got burnt out.

Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the inside hose assembly, part number FIX12067395, which might be damaged and leaking water on the inside. This leaking water might invade the motor, and the vacuum cleaner might completely burn out. We hope this helps!
