Hello Michael, thank you for the question. According to our research on the model, we would recommend checking the fuel line and the Fuel Filter, part number FIX10468915, to make sure the gas is flowing properly. If that is not the case, we would recommend checking the ignitor, part number FIX12051602, and the Main PCB Assembly, part number FIX10468970. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair!
What parts would cause my heater to keep shutting off ? I have cleaned the photo cell, filters, spark plug, and jets. I regapped the plug and adjusted pressure.

Hello Rich, thank you for contacting us. The issue is probably related to a faulty limit control thermostat, part number FIX10468949. The thermostat acts as a sensor that protects the unit from overheating by shutting off the heater. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!
Hi David,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, if your heater runs for a few minutes and shuts off, the pump pressure may not be correct, you may have a dirty input, output or lint filter, a dirty fuel filter, nozzle or photocell, a defective photocell or a photocell that is not not installed correctly, an improper electrical connection between the circuit board and the photocell or a defective fuel valve. You will need to inspect these parts to see which one is causing the issue. We hope this helps with the repair!
Hello Dorothea, thank you for your question. If your heater does not light properly, but the gas is flowing, it indicates that the ignitor is defective and needs to be replaced. The part number for the compatible ignitor is FIX12051602. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
