This is an OEM heating element for use with ventilation fans and ceiling heaters. Some units allow you to turn the heating function on or off. They are most commonly found in bathrooms to help heat the room. For this repair, you will start by removing the fan cover, disconnect the wire, and remove the nuts. You will then be able to pull the heating element fan housing out, remove the screws, and remove the heating element. The installation of the new part is conducted in the reverse order.

Blower Wheel

This is a blower wheel, which also includes the clip needed to install it. This authentic OEM blower wheel is the components that spins inside the fan housing, to produce airflow. It is made of a durable plastic and is pressed onto the shaft of the mower. The bottom (closed side) of the wheel has an outer diameter of approximately 5-3/4 inches. The top (open side) of the wheel has an approximate outside diameter of 6-3/16-inches. It is about 2-inches tall and is compatible with a 1/4-inch shaft. When viewing it from the open side, it rotates in a clockwise direction.

This is an authentic manufacturer sourced replacement part designed for Nutone exhaust fans. This assembly includes a motor, plastic impeller wheel and a metal housing/bracket. When replacing this assembly you would need a screwdriver. First you would need to remove the plastic cover/grille. Unplug the power unit. Unscrew the old assembly and slide it out. Place power/blower unit into housing so that mounting plate's tabs insert into slots in housing. Secure mounting bracket with screws. Connect the power unit and attach cover/grille.
