This is an OEM carbon brush, sold individually. Your tool will require two of these, so please be sure to order what you need. It is best practice to replace both carbon brushes at the same time, even if only one appears worn. Worn brushes are a common reason for a malfunctioning motor, so it is important to inspect them regularly and replace them when needed. When you are inspecting the carbon brushes look for wear near the wire lead. If there are burns, this could be an indication that something is also wrong with the armature, so it should be checked as well.

This Switch is an OEM approved replacement part for various tools and models manufactured by Delta, Black and Decker, and Porter Cable. For full compatibility, please see the "Model Cross Reference List" below. This Switch has four terminals, a removable safety key, and a compact design for easy installation. The purpose of the switch is to turn the device on/off, as well as playing a role in electric breaking by momentarily reversing electrical polarity. Due to the mechanical internals of switches, they tend to degrade and wear out over time, making them a commonly replaced part in power tools. Common symptoms of a broken switch include: the device has completely stopped functioning, it will not turn on, and turning off intermittently during use. Each Switch is sold individually, and may also be referred to as a Rocker Switch.

This assembly is made out of metal and includes the Cap, Coil Spring, and Spring Retainer Ring. The primary purpose of this part is to allow the drill bit to be moved up and down by providing spring-loaded tension to bring the shaft to its original position. This is a cord protector, also known as a strain relief, for your power tool. This part will slip into place at the end of your cord, snug against your power tool. The durable rubber will protect the base of your cord from being bent, pinched, or exposed. This part will eventually wear down and potentially crack or snap off, and exposed wire is a hazard. We recommend replacing the cord protector when damage is visible.
