This slide or skid shoe fits snow blowers and is attached to the auger housing. The shoe slides around the ground to ensure the snow blower glides and moves easily. It also elevates the auger housing to protect it from damage. *Please note: this part is sold individually. It is recommended both skid shoes are replaced to prevent unevenness. Refer to the diagram provided by the manufacturer for further installation instructions and safety practices.

This is a plastic bushing for your lawn equipment. It fits onto the side of your fuel tank, and holds the fuel fittings so they do not touch sharp metal. This part is made of plastic, and will eventually wear out. When that happens, you must replace it. Before making this repair, we recommend letting your machine cool, and draining the gas tank.

Installation Instructions

Leonard from South Hadley, MA
Drive would Slip in and out then unable to engage traction control.
Removed frame cover. Found broken Idler Spring. This is what cause the slipping and clunking noise. also check or replaced as I did.t The Extension Spring is a little harder to get to. With the idler spring broken this cause the friction wheel and support bracket to break the Drive Clutch Cable Spring and Support Bracket Spring. Easy to replace. At this time clean and oil the part called 7-tooth shaft. This helped shifting speeds. Be careful not to get any oil on the friction wheel or the friction disc. FYI Problems like this will always happen at the wrong time. The web site easy to use but the illustrations and part numbers could be better to read. Need to have clearer zoom and part number to part. Not sure part name like spring-extension or extension-spring. So I purchased both parts. This snow blower easy to use and repair. A simple design.
