This filter helps to prevent dirt and dust from making its way into the carburetor and damaging the engine. If the engine is not functioning as it should, this should be one of the first parts you check. To inspect the filter, you will need to remove the air cleaner cover, and lift the filter out of place to remove.

Replace sheave plate and side skid shoes on snowblower.
Remove eight bolts and two skid shoes and bottom sheave plate. Replace in reverse order.
