Product Description

This is a genuine Shindaiwa replacement part. The shut-off plate is attached to the control wire, when the control lever is moved to the on position the shut-off plate moves and the port opens so material can flow from the hopper, through the discharge chute, to the impeller for distribution. The shut-off plate is made of metal and this kit includes all of the parts you need to replace the plate on your spreader. Be sure you start moving the spreader before you open the port, and close the port before you stop moving the spreader.
