This is a drain pump motor assembly for washers. This OEM part is responsible for removing water from the washer during the drain part of the cycle. When this part is clogged, damaged or defective it can cause the washer to not drain properly. Keep in mind that the pump casing is sold separately. This repair is rated medium-difficulty and can vary depending on the model. For this repair you will need a Philips screwdriver, a small flat blade screwdriver, needle nose pliers, and slip joint pliers. Do not forget to disconnect the power before you begin this repair. In general, this repair can be started by removing the top of the washer followed by the front panel. Moving down the front of the appliance, remove the door, latch, tub gasket, and drainer cover. The drain hoses and clip will need to be disconnected from under the drain assembly. To install the new pump motor, reassemble parts in the reverse order. We recommend taking photos while disassembling and keeping screws and parts neatly organized.

Water was not draining from wash tub. A code "0E" was showing on the display
Your Youtube video describes the repair perfectly. I'll add: Be careful when removing and placing the control panel on top of the Washer. Once removed, my panel had a wire harness with a zip tied. I cut the zip tie to allow enough slack to lay the panel on top of the washer. No need to disconnect any wires (I put a new zip tie on upon reassembly.) Be careful when removing the retention ring around the Rubber Boot, takes a little finesse, but not too difficult, Don't use a sharp object as you don't want to cut the boot. Make sure the boot is properly seated and the retention ring is securely in place upon reassembly. When removing the old pump my model has the pump held in place with 2x screws (easy to get at from the front) and also slides onto a plastic foot that has a "tab" that needs to be depressed to slide the motor out. You can't see the foot or tab from the front of the washer, as its hidden behind the pump, but fish around with your hand and you'll feel the tab..hold it down and the pump will slide towards the back of the Washer. Thanks, $60 bucks and couple hours was way better than a new $700 Washer. Read more...

If the lint filter in your dryer has become damaged, this is a genuine OEM replacement filter. It is important to always run the dryer with the filter in place, as it traps lint and other debris from entering the dryer vents. Without the filter, the vents can become clogged with lint which can prevent your laundry from drying properly along with being a fire hazard. Replacing this part is an easy repair. Simply remove the old filter, and insert the new one in its place. Always be sure to clean the filter between each load of laundry.

The hot water valve is found at the back of your washer and controls the flow of hot water into the machine. If the valve is defective, the washer may leak, overfill, fill slowly, or not fill with water at all. If this happens the valve should be replaced. There are a couple different methods for testing if your hot water valve is defective. The first is to use a multimeter on the solenoid, the second is to unplug the washer while it is running. If water continues to flow into the machine, then the valve is defective. This genuine OEM part has a standard hose fitting inlet, one water outlet, and measure approximately 3 inches long by 3 inches wide. To complete this repair, you will need to disconnect the water and power supply to your washer and pull it out from the wall so you can access the back panel.

Washer was leaking at the bottom
I actually looked on you tube for the type of washer and the issue. I checked all the areas the various videos showed me. The last one I checked was the inlet valves. All that is needed is a Phillips head and a wrench. Took the top off. Unplugged the washer. Unplugged the hoses. Unscrewed the valves and removed the hoses and the circuit pieces. Replaced one at a time. Everything worked perfect. Hooked hoses back up. No more leaks. Attached the top back and pushed back into place. No more leaking. Read more...

The magnetic door plunger is used on your washing machine to keep the door open when not in use. This allows for the inner door and tub seal to dry thoroughly, which helps to prevent any buildup of mold or mildew. If your washer door is not closing properly, the magnetic door plunger may be damaged and needs to be replaced. This genuine OEM part includes the plastic housing and a spring. To install the part, you just need to line up the tabs on the plunger with the slots on the inner door panel and snap it into place.

If your washing machine is leaking, slow to fill, will not stop filling with water, or is not filling at all, the cold-water inlet valve may be defective. The purpose of the valve is to open to allow water into the washer, and is used for cold water, liquid bleach, and prewash cycles in your washing machine. This is a genuine OEM replacement part that measures approximately 4 inches long and 3 inches wide. It has a standard hose fitting inlet along with two outlets facing 45 degrees to the right and one outlet facing 45 degrees to the left. When replacing this part, you will want to disconnect the power and water to your washer and remove the fill hoses. You will need to pull the machine out far enough so that you are able to access the back panel where the valves are located.

This is a replacement sensor assembly for your washer. It may also be known as a motor rotor position sensor. Washer was bouncing more than normal during spin cycles - very noisy
To be honest, I did not believe this would resolve the issue, but it really worked!!! It seems that over the past few weeks the washer was bouncing more than normal on spin cycles. In reading through several blogs and posts, several people talked about replacing the shock absorbers to help with bouncing. This really helped. I took a short cut to speed up the repair. After unplugging the washer, I removed the back access panel and was able to reach through the washer to replace all three shock absorbers. It was difficult to reach the ones on the sides, but still achievable. I really did not want to remove the front panel and was not sure that it would really help with access to the shock absorbers on the sides of the drum. Remove the existing shock absorbers by pushing out the plastic pins from both sides. Install the new shock absorber and use the new pins that came in the kit. I used some channel lock plyers to help push the pins through the mounts for the new shock absorbers. When done, I replaced the access panel and ran the first load of clothes. Washer is now much quieter. BTW - I have used parts select for other repairs and have always had a good experience - prompt delivery, no errors in the order, and great help on the website providing troubleshooting information and repair instructions. The door lock assembly is a genuine OEM part for your washing machine. This part informs the washer that the door is closed and locked in place, which allows the machine to start its cycle. If you are not able to open or close the door, or the washer will not start, the door lock assembly may need to be replaced. This can happen if the switch has shorted out, which will prevent the latch from locking. Before beginning this repair, please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your washer. You will need a Phillips screwdriver in order to replace this part.

This washer hose with bellows, also known as a dispenser hose, is a genuine OEM replacement part for your washer. Replacing this part can be helpful if your washer is leaking. The dispenser hose connects the dispenser assembly to the tub. Before beginning the repair, unplug the washer and turn off the water supply. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver to complete this repair; a clamp tool can also be helpful. Remove the screws holding the lid of the washer in place, and take off the lid. Locate the dispenser hose and remove its clamps. Place the clamps on the new hose, using the arrows for a guide in positioning the clamps. Install the new hose and reassemble all other parts.

This is an original manufacturer door gasket with a drain hole, for a front-load washer. If you require a door gasket without a drain hole, that is sold separately. Door gaskets are also commonly referred to as a door boot seal or bellow. The door gasket forms a seal between the door and tub, and the drain port allows for water drainage. A few symptoms related to this part include leaking, unusual sounds, poor performance, a burning smell, and a door that will not shut or seal properly. Be sure to keep your washer door gasket clean, and never overload your washer.
