When the ice dispenser in your fridge is activated, the ice guide helps to ensure the ice flows into your glass. This is a genuine OEM replacement ice guide that is made of clear plastic. If your ice maker is not dispensing ice, or the locking tabs have broken on your current guide, you may need to replace this part. The ice guide is located in the freezer door, and you will need to turn off the ice maker before beginning this repair. You should not need any tools to replace this part, but a flat blade screwdriver may be helpful in removing the old ice guide.

If your dispenser grille/drip tray is missing or damaged, this is the part that replaces it. To replace the dispenser grille, simply remove it and insert the new one. This is the ice actuator or ice actuator arm for your refrigerator. When you depress the actuator arm with a glass or bucket, ice is normally dispensed. If your current actuator arm is broken, missing, or if the ice dispenser isn’t dispensing ice, you may need to replace it. To access the actuator, you will first need to remove the dispenser assembly, and then remove the actuator from the assembly. Be sure to shut off the water and power source from your refrigerator before you begin this repair.
