Stopped mid cycle, won't empty water left in machine.
For model number EFLS517SIW0
Hello Dennis, thank you for contacting us. Please ensure that the appliance is powered and that the drain hoses and pipes are not clogged or kinked. We would suggest inspecting the drain pump, part number FIX12365827, and the door lock switch, part number FIX11759823. Washing machine spin cycle was loud with high whistle and after taking clothes out there were many gray plastic shavings in the rubber ring. Is that a bearing and is it worth fixing?

If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the Drive Belt, part number FIX2349239. latch broke, door wouldn't shut, washer wouldn't run - no fun
I googled the problem, read the recommendation found the part and read that it was an easy fix. Took the broken part off the door and noticed the broke off piece was in the latch on the machine. Ordered the two parts, paid the $30 2-day delivery. Parts arrived and the machine was up and runnning in under 5 minutes

Door lock wouldn't.
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!
P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.

Broken latch/lock
Removed broken off part with screwdriver and replaced with the new. The store repair man was going to charge $129 and we were able to do it ourselves for $30.
