How do i fix the problem of ... blade heighth adjustment is almost impossible ...hand-wheel is extremely tight and difficult to turn.

Hello Paul, thank you for your inquiry. To fix your problem, blow out sawdust and dirt from the elevating and tilting mechanisms. Lubricate the elevating and tilting mechanisms using graphite or silicone lubricants because they won't attract sawdust. Don't use grease, because sawdust and dirt cling to grease. We hope this solves your problem!
