Broken deck belt
replaced with new Kevlar belt following threading guide diagram on deck. Only had to loosen several small screws to remove protective shield to allow space for threading new belt onto pulleys.

Front wheels, too much end play
Shimmed the wheels out on axle.. No more slop.
